Easy Oven Baked Rice
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Pour all ingredients into a 2 qt baking dish and stir. Cover tightly.

  3. Bake until the water is absorbed, 22 - 27 minutes.

  4. Rest 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
