Scissor Cut Tofu Noodles
  1. Blend 1 block of silken tofu to make tofu paste

  2. Mix 1 cup plain flour with 3-4 tbsp tofu paste (add bit by bit) until you have a scraggly dough

  3. Form the dough into noodles using scissors

  4. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan

  5. Sauté 2 cloves sliced garlic and 1 small chopped red onion

  6. Add 1 tbsp gochujang and remaining tofu paste to the pan

  7. Add ⅓ cup pasta water to create the sauce

  8. Stir in 2 tbsp nutritional yeast if using

  9. Season with salt to taste

  10. Combine the cooked tofu noodles with the sauce
