Vegan Quinoa And Pomegranate Salad
  1. You can boil the quinoa as I did, that is: bring the 350 ml of water with a little salt to a boil. Cook the quinoa in a little olive oil, stirring continuously until warm. Pour hot water over and cook for the first minute on high heat then on low heat until done (don't cover).

  2. You can also boil quinoa in 1 liter of water approx. 20-25 minutes, then wash with cold water when done and wring out well.

  3. Mix all the ingredients very well, be careful the quinoa must be cold. It can even be served for breakfast, and whoever likes it can also be served with yogurt.
