Flaky, buttery, and oh, so simple, this Neiman Marcus Cake will leave you feeling RICH. And did we mention it starts with a box mix? 🤩
Ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
Combine yellow cake mix, 2 eggs, butter, and vanilla in a large bowl; mix well. The batter should be stiff. Spread batter into the prepared pan.
Combine confectioners’ sugar, cream cheese, and the remaining 2 eggs in a separate bowl; mix well and pour over the top of the cake batter.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
