Ingredients (Crumble):
Blueberry Filling:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 dish with parchment paper.
Add filling ingredients to saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then simmer 3–5 min until thickened and blueberries pop. Remove from heat.
Mix crumble ingredients in a bowl. Set aside ⅔ cup and mix in hemp seeds for topping.
Press remaining crumble into pan to form crust. Pour blueberry filling on top.
Sprinkle reserved crumble over filling.
Bake for ~35 min until golden. Cool for at least 1 hour before slicing.
