Mango Brazilian Lemonade
  1. Start by making the mango purée. Add the diced mangoes to a blender with just enough coconut water to help everything blend into a thick, smooth purée. Aim for about 2 ½ puree Set aside.

  2. Cut the ends off the limes and quarter them. If the white core running through the center is particularly thick, remove it to help reduce bitterness. Leave the green peel on, as that's where a lot of the classic Brazilian lemonade flavor comes from.

  3. Add the limes and water to a blender. Blend for only 10–15 seconds. Be careful not to over-blend, or else it’ll be too bitter from the peel and pith.

  4. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a large bowl or pitcher, pressing lightly to extract the liquid while leaving the rinds behind.

  5. Add the strained lime mixture, mango purée, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth, creamyyy.

  6. Pour over ice, garnish with lime slices, and Enjoy. For a little extra razzle dazzle, add a shot of rum :)
