Miso, Beans & Leeks
  1. Slice the leeks into 2-3cm rounds and fry in butter for 3-5 minutes per side

  2. Remove leeks and fry the shallots in the same pan for 5 minutes

  3. Add the garlic for another minute

  4. Add the bay leaf and the beans, including their soaking liquid

  5. Add the nutritional yeast

  6. In a separate bowl, mix miso with some hot water

  7. Add the miso mixture to the pan

  8. Season to taste and let simmer for 5 minutes before serving
