15min Tomato-chickpeas
  1. Sauté the onion and tomatoes in oil

  2. Add the paprika, cumin, coriander, tomato paste and chickpeas

  3. Stir on medium heat until the tomatoes soften

  4. Add a squeeze of lemon, a pinch of sugar or date syrup, and salt to taste

  5. Let it cook 3-5mins

  6. Serve on garlic yogurt with bread
