  1. Combine 240g coconut cream, 4 egg yolks, 50g brown/palm sugar, 50g granulated sugar, and 2g salt in a blender

  2. Add 2 pandan leaves if using

  3. Blend until smooth and silky

  4. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened (approximately 10 minutes)

  5. Serve or store in jars
