Preheat the oven to 170 fan.
Break the cookie dough into chunks to evenly cover the base of your cookie pie dish.
Build around the edges until you have a small dip in the centre.
Pour the salted caramel sauce into the middle of your pie.
Make a lid to cover the pie, pressing the edges together.
Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and gently press the toads into the top of the pie.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
