High-protein Blueberry Donut Holes
  1. Mix cottage cheese and berries with almond flour and sweetener to form a dough.

  2. Make sure your cottage cheese is strained and as dry as possible. Add more flour if needed.

  3. Divide the dough into 6 pieces.

  4. Roll into balls—roll well so they hold together!

  5. Air fry at 360°F for 8 minutes.

  6. Dust with powdered sugar and devour.
