Grab 24 thick asparagus and cut off between 2-3 inches from the bottom, a great tip for all your asparagus to end up in the same size is to grab them as a bunch and hold them upright, then lightly pack them on a flat surface with the top part of the asparagus in the bottom, then lay them on a cutting board while still holding them and cut off the ends in a single cut
Rinse the asparagus under cold running water and pat completely dry with a dish cloth, add the asparagus to a baking tray lined with foil paper, make sure they are all in a single layer and tightly packed together, brush the asparagus with extra virgin olive oil, then season with sea salt, garlic powder and a generous portion of lemon pepper seasoning
Add to a preheated oven, bake + broil option 250 C -480 F, after 15 minutes remove from the oven and carefully transfer the asparagus to a dish making sure all the seasonings stay on the asparagus, garnish the dish with a couple slices of lemon, enjoy!
