Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Generously grease a 6-cup muffin tin.
Evenly distribute the shredded cheddar cheese among the muffin cups.
Layer the cooked, shredded chicken and crumbled bacon on top of the shredded cheddar.
Add a dollop of cream cheese on top of each cup.
Place another layer of shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken and bacon.
Top each muffin cup with a jalapeño slice.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
Allow the bites to cool for 5 minutes to harden before removing them from the tin.
