Summer Dessert Lemon Mousse
  1. Halve and scrape the lemon, then squeeze out the juice

  2. Pour the juice into a saucepan with sugar and gelatin, stir until smooth

  3. Pour the mixture into a whipping cream bowl and mix together

  4. Bring them back into the lemon mass through the sieve

  5. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour
