Assemble tarts by drizzling honey, then adding a pinch of oregano, a few dates, prosciutto, and brie slices. Top with a piece of pastry.
Use a fork to create air vents, then brush the pastry with egg wash.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden. Cool for 5 minutes before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
