Combine water and anchovy broth tablet in a pot and bring to a boil
Add diced onion and sliced zucchini to the broth
Add shrimp and cook until they begin to turn pink
Gently add the extra soft tofu (soondubu) to the pot
Add enoki mushrooms, garlic powder, Korean chili pepper flakes, soy sauce, and fish sauce
Simmer until shrimp are fully cooked and vegetables are tender
Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with sliced green onion
Serve hot
