Soft Veggie Fritters
  1. Mix carrot, peas, onion, egg, and rice flour until combined

  2. Add a little water if the mixture feels too thick, mix again until you get a soft, scoopable texture (not runny)

  3. Cook on a lightly oiled pan on low-medium heat under a lid

  4. Flip and cook on both sides until golden and fully cooked through

  5. Allow to cool - they will become soft and perfect for babies
