Preheat the oven to 165C.
Grease a bundt pan thoroughly with softened butter, dust evenly with flour and tap out the excess to ensure a clean release.
In a saucepan, melt 227g of butter and keep it on low fire for about 4 minutes or until browned. Transfer the butter to a heat proof bowl and let it cool down for a couple of minutes.
Mix the dry ingredients and set aside.
Whisk all the browned butter, sugar, 4 eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Then add in your flour mixture and fold it in until just combined.
Place in a bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until cooked through.
