Savory Monkey Bread From Scratch
  1. Measure water into mixing bowl and sprinkle yeast over water. Add honey and stir. Let rest for 10 minutes until mixture becomes bubbly.

  2. Add Olive Oil, Salt, and one Cup of Flour. Mix until incorporated

  3. Continue adding flour 1 Cup at a time. You might not add all the flour. With the last cup begin adding ¼ cup at a time.

  4. Knead for 10 minutes

  5. Move dough to a large bowl that has been lightly covered with olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap.

  6. Let rise until doubled

  7. Punch down down gently.

  8. Melt butter in a small sauce pan. Add minced garlic and Italian seasonings. Let simmer 1-2 minutes on a very low heat. Remove from heat and set aside.

  9. Divide the dough into 32 pieces. Form each piece into a rough ball.

  10. Flatten each ball

  11. Add a small piece of cheese

  12. Fold up dough around cheese, sealing all seams of dough

  13. Roll each sealed piece of dough into melted garlic butter

  14. Layer each piece of dough into a greased bundt pan

  15. Sprinkle each layer with Parmesan cheese

  16. Allow bread to rise

  17. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 35-40 minutes

  18. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, invert bundt pan to remove bread
