Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with olive oil spray.
Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces and spread them throughout the baking dish. Pop them into the oven for 6-8 minutes while you get everything else ready. We’re just giving them a little head start, don’t fully cook them!
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, parmesan, minced garlic, and seasonings. Mix until everything is combined.
Pull the biscuits from the oven (they should be slightly puffed but still underbaked). Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture around and over the biscuits.
Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the top.
Bake uncovered for another 20-25 minutes, or until the sauce is hot and bubbly, the cheese is melty and brown, with the broccoli tender, and the biscuits completely cooked through.
Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, and DIG IN.
