Homemade Yogurt
  1. Pour milk into clean/sterile jars

  2. Place jars in a pot of water and heat milk to 180°F

  3. Remove jars and let milk cool to 110°F

  4. Stir 1 tbsp yogurt into each jar

  5. Place jars on trivet in Instant Pot and add 1 cup water

  6. Press yogurt setting and let sit for about 8 hours

  7. Refrigerate when done

  8. Optional: Add vanilla, honey, or homemade granola before serving

  9. Alternative method: Place jars in oven with light on (oven OFF) for 8-12 hours at 100-115°F, keeping a bowl of warm water inside to maintain steady heat
