Pumpkin Butter
  1. Start by adding all the ingredients to a saucepan over medium to low heat and stir with a rubber spatula, wooden spoon, or whisk until well combined.

  2. Bring mixture to a slow simmer, lower heat to low and stir occasionally for about 15 minutes.

  3. The pumpkin butter will turn from bright orange to a deep dark brown color.

  4. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then store in an airtight container in the fridge.
