Mix chicken, cream cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, and 2 cups cheese in a bowl.
Roll out pizza crust on parchment paper and spread chicken mix evenly, leaving room at edges.
Roll up and pinch seams closed.
Place seam-side down on baking sheet, top with cheese and parsley.
Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden.
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with ranch or blue cheese.
