Set to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease two ramekins.
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, egg, cocoa or chocolate, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Blend until silky smooth.
Fill ramekins ¾ of the way with batter.
Place chocolate chips in the center and cover with more batter.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until edges are set and center is soft.
Let cakes rest for 2 minutes before serving.
