Prepare ground pork, cabbage, leek, ginger, and garlic
Mix sauce ingredients: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp chicken bouillon, salt, pepper, and ½ cup water
Combine ground pork with prepared vegetables and sauce
Layer mixture in a bowl lasagna-style
Add chilli oil, Sichuan pepper, and soy sauce for extra flavor to taste
