Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare muffin tin with liners.
Mix oat flour, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, eggs, protein powder, spices, baking powder, and soda in a bowl.
Fold in chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping.
Scoop batter into 12 liners.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
