Teriyaki Tofu Fillets
  1. Preheat oven to 190C

  2. Cut tofu into 3 and then score with a knife

  3. Mix together tamari/soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger

  4. Brush the mixture onto the tofu, ensuring to get into the scored parts

  5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden and crisp

  6. Mix together extra tamari, maple, and sesame oil for a final glaze

  7. Serve with veggies and rice
