2-ingredient Dutch Oven Bread
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the yeast and warm water.

  2. Add the flour and salt and mix until well combined.

  3. Cover the bowl and let it sit in a warm place for two hours to rise.

  4. Preheat your oven to 450F.

  5. Place a covered Dutch oven inside the oven while it is preheating.

  6. Place a piece of parchment paper on the counter along with a generous amount of flour and transfer the sticky dough onto it.

  7. Form a ball, using more flour if needed.

  8. Score the top in an X shape.

  9. Carefully take the Dutch oven out of the oven and transfer the dough (along with parchment paper) inside and cover.

  10. Bake for 35 minutes.

  11. Remove the cover and bake for 6-8 minutes more.

  12. Remove from the oven and carefully lift the loaf out to cool.

  13. Once the bread has cooled, slice and enjoy as desired.
