Add the flour and salt and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and divide into 2 equal pieces.
Shape each piece into a loaf and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool before slicing.
