Apple Cranberry Brussels Sprouts Salad
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk vinegar, oil, garlic, salt, mustard, pepper, and syrup until combined. Add Brussels sprouts and toss until coated. Let sit, tossing occasionally, at least 20 minutes and up to 4 hours.

  2. When ready to serve, fold in apples, cheese, cranberries, and pine nuts.
