  1. Prepare the shrimp, vermicelli noodles, carrot, cucumber, lettuce, and cilantro.

  2. Make the dipping sauce by mixing the peanut butter, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, mirin, and sweet chili sauce (or sugar) with water to desired consistency.

  3. Soak the rice paper wrappers in water to soften, then assemble the spring rolls by placing the fillings in the center and rolling them up.

  4. Serve the spring rolls with the dipping sauce.
