Add brownie ingredients to a bowl, stir together and press down into an ice cube mould, so each cube is are ½ full
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat stirring gently until melted, then stir in the tahini/nut butter and puffed quinoa
Spoon this on top of the brownie base, then place in the fridge to set
Store in the fridge or freezer
