Vegan Breakfast Sausage
  1. Combine TVP, warm broth, chia or flax, soy sauce, and maple syrup in a bowl. Let sit 10 minutes.

  2. Mix in oats, flour, and spices until combined.

  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-low.

  4. Shape 2 tbsp of mixture into patties by hand or scoop.

  5. Cook 3–5 minutes per side until golden and firm.

  6. Serve hot or cool and store.
