Line a dish with cherry tomatoes, balsamic 2 tbsp, olive oil 1 tbsp, salt and pepper, and fresh basil.
Hassleback 2 chicken breasts & coat in 1 tsp of paprika or Cajun seasoning.
Fill the chicken with tomatoes sliced & halved and fresh basil.
Add the chicken on top of the tomatoes and add to the airfryer for 20 mins at 180.
You can use more chicken or even make in the oven for 30-35 mins at 180.
Serve with salad, breads and enjoy.
