Crunchy Air-fried Lentils: Your New Favorite Snack
  1. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil.

  2. Add 2 cups of green lentils.

  3. Boil for 5 minutes, drain. Spread the lentils over paper towels on a cookie sheet to remove excess moisture.

  4. Place lentils in a bowl, add oil and our dill pickle seasoning or 2 tbs of your favorite seasoning.

  5. Line your air fryer with parchment paper. Air fry 15 minutes at 400 degrees, shaking the lentils every 5 minutes.

  6. Let cool and enjoy!
