Low-carb Zucchini Bread
  1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess water using your hands or a clean towel.

  2. In a bowl, mix the zucchini with the eggs, almond flour, grated cheese, baking powder, and spices.

  3. Pour the mixture into a greased small loaf pan or one lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes, or in the air fryer at 340°F for 30–35 minutes, until golden and firm.
