Ube Banana Pudding
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the condensed milk and cold water until smooth. Add the banana cream mix, coconut cream mix, and ube extract. Mix until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Lighten the pudding by mixing in a scoop of whipped cream. Then gently fold in the remaining whipped cream in thirds until the mixture is light and fluffy.

  3. In a serving dish, layer vanilla wafers and Chessmen cookies, ube pudding cream, sliced bananas, and more ube cream. Repeat the layers until you reach the top.

  4. Refrigerate overnight for the best texture and flavor.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
