Honey Soy Salmon Cups
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F

  2. In a small bowl, add your salmon and all ingredients listed above, mix until well coated.

  3. Grease a cupcake tin and add your nori squares with a spoonful of sushi rice. Press down.

  4. Add a scoop of your salmon mixture and top with sesame seeds. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.

  5. Top each cup with a sprinkle of chili crunch and sliced green onions, or avocado for extra flavor and a burst of color.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
