2-ingredient Greek Yogurt Bread (no Oven, No Knead)
  1. In a bowl, combine flour, salt (if used) and greek yogurt until a pliable dough forms.

  2. Divide dough into portions and shape into flat rounds.

  3. Cook in an air fryer at 180°C for about 8–10 minutes or cook in a pan over medium-low heat until done.

  4. Heat a saucepan with a small amount of butter and briefly fry the cooked bread for 1–2 minutes to form a golden crust underneath.

  5. Serve warm.
