Preheat oven to 325°. Heavily grease a 24 cup mini muffin tray or 2 12 cup trays.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar, oil, & vanilla. Mix to combine fully.
Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, & salt together in a separate bowl. Fold into wet ingredients until no streaks of dry batter remain.
Divide batter evenly between cups, about 1 tbsp each.
Bake for 23-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of brownie comes out with moist crumbs but no wet batter.
Let cool completely before removing from pan.
