The Texas Hot Pocket
  1. Chop leftover brisket and mix with your favorite BBQ sauce

  2. Chop bacon and mince jalapeños

  3. Roll out puff pastry

  4. Cut puff pastry to double the size of a hot pocket

  5. Add cream cheese, brisket, bacon, jalapeños, and pepper jack cheese to one half of the pastry

  6. Fold over the opposite side of the pastry and use a fork to crimp the edges

  7. Cut the edges to ensure it's sealed

  8. Top with melted butter and Parmesan

  9. Bake in a smoker or oven at 425 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown

  10. Top again with melted butter, Parmesan, and parsley

  11. Enjoy
