Chop leftover brisket and mix with your favorite BBQ sauce
Chop bacon and mince jalapeños
Roll out puff pastry
Cut puff pastry to double the size of a hot pocket
Add cream cheese, brisket, bacon, jalapeños, and pepper jack cheese to one half of the pastry
Fold over the opposite side of the pastry and use a fork to crimp the edges
Cut the edges to ensure it's sealed
Top with melted butter and Parmesan
Bake in a smoker or oven at 425 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown
Top again with melted butter, Parmesan, and parsley
