Start by finely chopping the parsley, basil, thyme, and rosemary. Mince the garlic and zest the lemon to have all your ingredients ready.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Palestinian olive oil, chopped herbs, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the olive oil.
Add the sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to the olive oil mixture. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Allow the dip to sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Transfer the olive oil and herb dip to a shallow bowl or a serving plate. Serve with warm, crusty bread for dipping.
