Porcini Ragú
  1. Rehydrate porcini mushrooms

  2. Chop rehydrated mushrooms into meat-sized bits

  3. Cook mushrooms down in olive oil with garlic, tomato paste, red pepper, salt and pepper, and parsley

  4. Add wide pasta

  5. Finish with Parmesan and a splash of cream or coconut milk

  6. Serve and enjoy
