Preheat oven to 375ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the cooked sausage and softened cream cheese until smooth.
Unroll crescent dough and slice each triangle in half lengthwise.
Scoop 1 tsp of filling onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
Roll tightly toward the point and place seam-side down.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool for 5 minutes and serve warm or at room temperature.
