Pineapple Cake Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Grease a 9x13 pan and set aside.

  3. Whisk together flour, sugars, and baking soda in a large bowl.

  4. Stir in eggs, vanilla extract, and pineapple (including the juice) until mixed well.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

  6. Bake for 28-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean or with just a few crumbs attached, but not raw batter. Do not overcook.

  7. Cool the cake completely, top it with cream cheese frosting or whipped cream, and garnish it with pineapple bits.
