Quick Apple And Oat Muffins
  1. Preheat your oven to 350° F. Spray your muffin tray with coconut oil or use muffin liners.

  2. Combine all the ingredients in your blender or food processor. Blend until a smooth yet chunky batter forms.

  3. Transfer batter to your muffin tray (add toppings now if using). Bake for 15-18 minutes; tops will gently spring back when pressed in.

  4. Allow to cool 15 minutes in pan before removing.
