  1. Begin by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into small fry shapes. Season the fries with salt.

  2. Air fry the seasoned fries for about 20 minutes until they are crispy.

  3. In a bowl, combine chopped American cheese with the skimmed milk and microwave the mixture for 60 seconds. Stir until well mixed.

  4. In a pan, brown the lean beef mince over medium heat, seasoning it as it cooks.

  5. Add the diced brown onion to the beef and continue to fry them together until the onion is softened. Once done, set the mixture aside.

  6. To assemble the bowl, layer the romaine lettuce, followed by the crispy fries, the cooked beef and onion mixture, pickles, burger sauce, and finally, the melted cheese.
