Easy Homemade Kimchi
  1. Add all of your chopped veggies into a bowl and sprinkle in the salt.

  2. Massage the salt into the vegetables, leave for 10 minutes and then squeeze any excess water out of the veggies (make sure to save some of that brine).

  3. Meanwhile, combine all of your paste ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

  4. Pour your paste into your drained veggies and combine until the vegetables are covered in paste.

  5. Place into an airtight container and into the fridge. Consume whenever you fancy!
