In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, chopped pickles, pickle juice, dill, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Shape the mixture into a ball, wrap in plastic, and chill for at least 2 hours.
Unwrap and smooth into a round shape.
Press a pickle slice and olive slice into the center to form the “eyeball.”
Drizzle hot sauce outward to create “veins.”
Insert pretzel sticks as “optic nerves.”
Serve chilled with crackers or pretzel crisps.
