Homemade Pizza Dough
  1. Make the polish (first mixture): Mix 100g flour, 100ml cold water, and 1 teaspoon yeast. Let it ferment.

  2. After the polish has fermented, add 200g white flour, 120ml cold water, ¼ teaspoon yeast, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 1 teaspoon salt.

  3. You can bake the pizza on the same day you make the dough, but letting it ferment for 24 hours gives much better results.

  4. Preheat the oven to the highest temperature for 15-30 minutes to get it very hot, along with a pizza stone or baking sheet.

  5. Bake the pizza for about 10 minutes, but the time may vary depending on your oven.
